Great staff. They really keep the place going. Even in a such a busy day like a Boxing Day they are still able to think and be helpful. Highly appreciated. The only think is the lay out of the tables, which is not perfect and makes maneuver difficult. Not the staff fault though
Love visiting this place for crossaints and their sandwiches. Always fresh and tasty. Great staff too. There are always busy and it's difficult to get a seat at times which makes you either visit the wine bar next door or Cafe Nero
Nice array of cakes to try. More seating would be nice though if you plan to eat-in rather than takeaway.
Customer service was really bad, staff members were moody, rude and obviously dont know how to smile, atmosphere was just depressing. Cakes at this branch tasted stale.
