I feel surprise when i read few negative reviews about this dealer, but surely now days no happy about anything really and complains became a habit. anyway, very kind sales guys and gave me all the time to test the car i am interested on without any pressure. Very happy about my choice and the trade is very recommended.
Was sold a write off. After difficulty driving the vehicle I took it to a service station who found over 19 faults with the car and rendered it not road worthy. Car was returned within 17 days of purchase. No apology, no discussion, they simply aggressively requested an official report, which was provided. They took the car, returned the money, and put the car back up for sale at an inflated price the very next day. Do not buy from these scammers.
Do not buy from this scammers!!!Bought Merc for over 6k and car was running already before I arrived to see it, just to warm up engine-simply to hide the fact that two of six glow plugs in engine was faulty, therefore on the cold start give You rough start and fault on dash. One of engine mount worn out, 12 socket ripped off and no power on all 3 sockets in car (fuses blown, have to buy new socket and take apart whole middle console to replace it). Major engine oil leak through rear crank shaft seal which mean I will have to spend fortune to replace it (gearbox out job on 4x4...). Steering wheel badly vibrate around 75 mph/h due to all 4 wheels inbalanced, Socket for securing bolts on wheels missing which I have to buy myself before I can take off wheels, broken and super glued third brake light on boot, missing floor mats, one key....So READ FIRST REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!!!
I would have given 0 stars!! Horrible customer service. You won't be able to ask questions without the answers given with attitude. If you are going to buy a car from these people please invest in an AA check!!!! It's worth it. I don't trust them one bit. Didn't end up buying after having a feeling that something wasn't right. Then read their reviews and basically run out of there. If you are reading this Brittania Autos please improve your customer service and also understand that people come to hand you over their hard earned cash. We should be able to look at paperwork and ask questions without you being offended.
Good garage. Whilst their selection is a little limited, the quality of the cars are quite good. I bought an XF from them and so far so good. Also reasonably priced. Remind me in 30 days time if I still feel the same.
