The worse delivery service ever. I bought coffee table from them in September 2018 and i have not received it until now. I ask for refund and they have refused to give it back. I advice anyone not to be involve or buy anything from Dogtas exclusive cause they have made my Christmas time the worse ever with no coffee table. Even if you try to contact them no one will pick up your calls. If i would rate them i would say -10. #BrentCross shop.
sparkling products and service, although i had many bad experiences with the rivals around, this new company did not disappoint me in any levels, items arrived in time as exactly described and seen in display, assembly and delivery was free and i even received a free gift after all. Definitely coming back and recommending everybody around me!
Made me feel really welcome in sales assistant wasn't try to pressurise made me feel at ease and listened to what I wanted and showed me all the different ones and gave good honest professional advice ..The whole experience was excellent from the minute we walked into the store to the day it was delivered. This is for anyone who wants to purchase using this store.. My advice is to stay away and go to a reputed dealer instead. When you walk in the setup is lovely with furniture displayed and tea given to customers. They even give you a discount if you sign up on the same day. This is how professional con men do things. But this is when the nightmare begins.... If you order a sofa or anything for that matter, it takes 6-8 months to deliver and the customer service is literally non existent.. You have more chance of getting a woman pregnant and getting a baby out in 9 months rather than getting your furniture on time.I made a mistake buying from them, please save yourself some head ache and spend a bit more for quality... As they say if its too good to be true then it probably is.
